Do you create brand new designs from scratch?

DesignFix is built around existing artwork — we clean, fix, refine, vectorize and modify designs you already have. If your request turns out to need a completely new design rather than a modification, we'll tell you and quote it separately before doing any work.

What file types can I send?

Accepted Answer

PNG, JPG, WEBP, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS and ZIP. If your file is in something unusual, send it anyway — we'll tell you if we can't open it and refund you if we can't help.

How fast will I get my design back?

Accepted Answer

We work around the clock, so your order starts moving whatever time you send it. Standard orders target 10 hours. Rush orders target 30–60 minutes when we have the capacity — we only offer rush when the current queue can actually support it, so the estimate you see at checkout is the estimate we're working to.

Can I place an order outside normal business hours?

Yes. Orders are accepted around the clock and join the queue when you send them, rather than waiting for opening hours. The delivery estimate you see at checkout is calculated from the work actually in the queue at that moment.

What if the delivered file isn't right?

Accepted Answer

Each design includes 1 revision, requested from your order page within 7 days of us delivering your files. A revision means correcting the work against your original instructions. If you need more revisions than are included, we'll quote you for an extra one and nothing starts until you've agreed to it. A change to the brief is new work, and we will tell you before starting rather than afterwards.

How do I check on an order or ask a question about one?

Every order has its own page showing its current status. Reach it from your account, or from the tracking link on your confirmation without signing in. Questions about a specific job go in the message thread on that order, so the whole conversation stays with the work it refers to.

How much does a design cost?

Standard existing-design work starts at $3 per design. More involved requests and some add-on options cost more, and rush delivery is an extra charge — you always see the full price before you pay, with no charges added after checkout.

How does rush delivery work?

Rush is $3 per design on top of the design price, and targets 30–60 minutes. It is offered only when current capacity can support it — if we cannot meet the window, rush is not offered rather than sold and missed. You will see whether it is available before you pay.

How do design packs work?

Accepted Answer

A design pack is a set of standard designs bought up front and spent one design at a time, so you have design capacity ready when a job arrives. Each use covers one design's base price; add-on options and rush delivery are charged as usual at checkout. Packs are tied to your account, so you will need to be signed in to buy one and to use it.

What if you can't fix my design?

If we look at your file and can't do what you asked, we tell you and refund you. We'd rather lose the order than send back something you can't use.

What formats do I get back?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the service. Cleanup work comes back as a high-resolution PNG; vector conversion comes back as SVG, PDF, EPS or AI — you choose at checkout. You can always ask for a different format in your order notes.

Question 12

Who owns the finished design?

Accepted Answer

You do. You send us your artwork, we modify it, and you keep every right you had in it. We don't resell or reuse work we do for customers.

Question 13

How long do you keep my uploaded files?

Accepted Answer

Your uploaded artwork is deleted automatically 30 days after you send it, and uploads from checkouts that were never completed go after 48 hours. Deletion is enforced by a scheduled job rather than by anyone remembering to do it. The files we deliver back to you are kept so you can re-download them — but keep your own copy of the original you sent us, because ours will be gone.

Are my uploads private?

Yes. Files are stored in private storage and are never given a public URL. Downloads are authorised per order and links expire, so nobody can browse or guess their way to your artwork.
