Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DesignFix. By placing an order you agree to them.

Last updated August 21, 2026

Draft. This policy describes how DesignFix operates but has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be finalised before launch.

What we provide

DesignFix modifies, cleans, refines, vectorizes and updates existing artwork that you supply. We are a modification service, not a general design agency.

Requests that amount to creating entirely new artwork from a written brief fall outside the standard service. Where we identify that, we will tell you and quote separately rather than charging the standard price and delivering something unsatisfactory.

Your artwork and your rights in it

You must own the artwork you upload, or hold a licence that permits you to modify it. By placing an order you confirm that this is the case.

We do not verify ownership and cannot do so. If you upload artwork you have no right to modify, that is your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from it.

You keep every right you had in your artwork. We claim no ownership of anything you send us or of the modified files we return.

Orders, pricing and payment

The price shown at checkout is calculated by our systems from the service, options and delivery speed you selected, and is the price you pay. We do not add charges afterwards.

Where a job proves substantially larger than the description suggested, we will contact you with a revised price before doing the work. You may cancel for a full refund at that point.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times shown on the site and at checkout are estimates based on current workload, not guarantees. Rush delivery is offered only when our current capacity can support it, and is withdrawn automatically when it cannot.

If we are going to miss an estimate materially, we will tell you rather than let the deadline pass silently.

Revisions

Each service includes a stated number of revisions within a stated window after delivery. Revision requests are submitted through your order page.

A revision means correcting or adjusting the work we delivered against your original instructions. A request that changes the brief is new work and will be priced as such — we will tell you before starting.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to modify artwork that is unlawful, that infringes another party's rights, or that depicts child sexual abuse material, or to produce material intended to deceive, defame or harass.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and will refund any order we refuse.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DesignFix's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost profits or costs incurred through reliance on a delivery estimate.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when you placed it.
