DesignFix Design Studio

Tell us what you need designed.

You don't need to find the perfect service or know exactly what type of design you need. Tell us what you're trying to create, improve, fix or prepare, and we'll discuss your project with you.

What we work on

Design work, across a broad range of needs

These are places to start, not a menu you have to pick from. Most projects touch more than one, and plenty don't fit any of them — which is what the custom route is for.

  • Custom Design

Anything that doesn't fit neatly into a category. Describe the result you want and we'll quote it.

How it works

From a sentence to a finished design

Every project runs the same way, whether it started as a clear brief or a rough idea.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what you need

One or two sentences is enough to start. You don't have to know what the work is called or which category it belongs in.

  2. Step 2

    We discuss the project

We ask what we need to know — where it will be used, what size, what it has to work on — and tell you honestly what is and isn't possible.

  3. Step 3

    Share files or references

Send the artwork you already have, a photo, a sketch, or examples of the look you're after. Files go straight into private storage.

  4. Step 4

    You get a custom offer

A written scope and a fixed price for your project specifically. Nothing is charged and nothing is started until you accept it.

  5. Step 5

    Approve and pay

Accepting the offer creates the order and takes you to payment. Decline it or ignore it and nothing happens.

  6. Step 6

    We complete the design

The work runs through the same production and delivery process as every other DesignFix order, with revisions included in the scope.

Nothing is charged until you accept an offer, and an offer is not an invoice — you can decline it or leave it. If you already know exactly what you need and it’s a standard job, our fixed-price services may be quicker.

Not sure which of these it is?

That’s the normal situation, and it isn’t a problem. Describe what you’re trying to end up with and we’ll work out what the job actually is.
