Do you create brand new designs from scratch?

DesignFix is built around existing artwork — we clean, fix, refine, vectorize and modify designs you already have. If your request turns out to need a completely new design rather than a modification, we'll tell you and quote it separately before doing any work.

What file types can I send?

PNG, JPG, WEBP, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS and ZIP. If your file is in something unusual, send it anyway — we'll tell you if we can't open it and refund you if we can't help.

How fast will I get my design back?

We work around the clock, so your order starts moving whatever time you send it. Standard orders target 10 hours. Rush orders target 30–60 minutes when we have the capacity — we only offer rush when the current queue can actually support it, so the estimate you see at checkout is the estimate we're working to.

Can I place an order outside normal business hours?

Yes. Orders are accepted around the clock and join the queue when you send them, rather than waiting for opening hours. The delivery estimate you see at checkout is calculated from the work actually in the queue at that moment.

What if the delivered file isn't right?

Each design includes 1 revision, requested from your order page within 7 days of us delivering your files. A revision means correcting the work against your original instructions. If you need more revisions than are included, we'll quote you for an extra one and nothing starts until you've agreed to it. A change to the brief is new work, and we will tell you before starting rather than afterwards.

How do I check on an order or ask a question about one?

Every order has its own page showing its current status. Reach it from your account, or from the tracking link on your confirmation without signing in. Questions about a specific job go in the message thread on that order, so the whole conversation stays with the work it refers to.

PNG, JPG, WEBP, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or a ZIP. Whatever you have, in whatever state it's in. Your files go straight into private storage — they never get a public URL.
Tell us what you want changed
Plain English is fine. "Remove the white box", "change the name to Sarah", "make it work on a black shirt" are all perfectly good briefs. Add the print method if you know it.
Choose standard or rush
We work around the clock, so orders move whatever time you send them. Standard targets 10 hours. Rush targets 30–60 minutes, and is only offered when the current queue can genuinely support it — you see a live estimate, not a marketing promise.
Pay securely
The full price is calculated and shown before you pay — including any options you added. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
We clean, fix or modify the design
A person works on your file. If we open it and can't do what you asked, we tell you and refund you rather than sending back something you can't use.
Download your completed files
Finished files appear in your account with a secure download link. No hunting through email attachments, and nothing expires before you've had a chance to save it.

What DesignFix does — and doesn’t

DesignFix works with existing designs and artwork. We modify, clean, refine, vectorize, or update existing artwork. Completely new artwork may require a separate quote.

What happens to the artwork you send

Checked on the way in

Every upload is checked against the file type it claims to be and scanned for malware before anyone opens it.

Private, never published

Your artwork goes into private storage. It is never given a public address, and download links are issued per request and expire.

Deleted on a schedule

Uploaded artwork is removed automatically 30 days after you send it. Your finished files stay in your account — download anything you want to keep.

One thread per order

Questions about a job stay on that job. Message us from the order itself and the reply appears in the same place. Follow an order from your account, or from your tracking link without signing in.
