DTF gang sheet builder

Drop in your designs, set sizes and quantities, and they’re packed onto your film automatically, with every design checked and fixed first. Free PDF or PNG, no account, nothing uploaded.

Drop your designs here or choose files

PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, as many as you like. A size in the file name, like logo_4x3in.png or back_30cm.png, is used automatically. Your files stay on your device.

Film

Longest sheet is 200″; longer jobs continue on a new sheet.

Add designs and the sheet builds itself here as you go: every copy packed onto your film, with the length and how much of the film is used.

Files that won’t fix themselves?

Blurry, low-res or messy artwork? A designer redraws it print-ready — usually within a day.

We’ll fix them for you

A gang sheet builder that checks your files

Packed tight, automatically

Every copy is placed where it leaves the sheet shortest, biggest designs first, and turned 90° when that saves film. You see the film length and how much of it is used as you go.

Every design checked first

A gang sheet is only as good as its worst file. Each design is checked as it comes in: solid backgrounds, hidden pixels that print as haze, soft edges, loose specks, empty space and DPI at its print size. Fix all cleans them up in one click.

Full-quality PDF

The PDF keeps each design at its own full resolution and transparency, stored once however many copies there are, so even a long sheet stays a sensible size. PNG at 300 or 150 DPI is there too.

Your files stay with you

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, there’s no account, and there’s no export limit or watermark.

How to make a DTF gang sheet

  1. Choose your film width, and set the gap and margins your printer needs.
  2. Drop in your designs. Put the size in the file name to skip typing it, like front_11x14in.png.
  3. Set each design’s print size and how many copies you need.
  4. Click Fix all to clean up backgrounds, haze and empty space, and check every DPI badge is green.
  5. Download the PDF and open it in your RIP.

Questions

Is the gang sheet builder really free?
Yes. Building, checking, fixing and downloading are all free, with no account, no watermark and no monthly export limit. It runs in your browser, so it costs us nothing to run.
What film widths does it support?
Presets for 22″, 24″, 30″ and 13″ rolls, and 58 cm, 60 cm and 30 cm, or enter any width. Set the gap between designs and the margins your printer needs, in inches or centimetres.
PDF or PNG: which should I download?
The PDF, for printing. It keeps every design at its original resolution with a clear background, and most RIPs (Acrorip, Cadlink, Flexi, DTF Station) open it directly. Use PNG if your workflow needs an image; very long sheets are too big for a browser to make as one PNG at 300 DPI.
How does it set each design's size?
From the file name if it has one, like logo_4x3in.png or back_30cm.png; otherwise from the pixels at 300 DPI, or for an SVG the size saved in the file. You can change the width or height of any design, and the other side follows to keep its shape. To print one design at two sizes, such as a left chest and a full front, use the duplicate button beside it and size the copy.
Can I use SVG files?
Yes. An SVG is a vector, so it has no DPI limit: it's drawn fresh at exactly the size you set, at 300 DPI, every time you download. Its edges are drawn solid for clean DTF printing. If the SVG has see-through areas of its own, like a faded shape or a glow, the checker flags them as it would in any file.
What do the checks mean?
Solid background: the box around your design would print. Hidden pixels: nearly invisible pixels that print as a white haze. Soft edges: half-transparent edges that print a pale fringe. Loose specks: tiny bits that peel off. Empty space: padding that wastes film. Fix all removes them; DPI tells you if a design is too small for its print size.
How long can a sheet be?
Up to 200″ (about 5 m) per sheet, the limit most PDF software can open. Set your printer's maximum sheet length and longer jobs continue on extra sheets in the same PDF.
Are my designs uploaded?
No. Your files are read, checked, packed and exported on your own device. Nothing is sent to our servers.
